LipidCompass is a database to help you navigate and explore the lipid structural space and the range of lipid quantities.
At the moment, LipidCompass is in a closed beta testing phase. If you are interested to try it out, please use our Contact Form (Support Category: LipidCompass) to request instructions for access.
Please note that only dataset accessions with public visibility will be displayed below. Accession links will become active, once curation and data import into LipidCompass have been finished.
LipidCompass is operated at two main, regularly synchronized sites:
- Institute of Analytical Chemistry, University of Vienna, Austria, operated by the Lipidomics Group (Robert Ahrends)
- IBG-5, Forschungszentrum Jülich outstation at Bielefeld University, Germany, operated by the Data Science and Bioinformatics for Mass Spectrometry Group (Nils Hoffmann)
