MFQL queries

For the acquisition in negative mode of samples with QStar with data-dependent acquisition (DDA), LTQ Orbitrap Velos with DDA mode and TSQ Vantage with precursor ion scan (PIS) mode (see Figure 3 of the article):

• PE_negative_FAS.mfql
• PG_negative_FAS.mfql

For the acquisition in positive mode of samples with TSQ Vantage with neutral loss scan (PIS) mode (see Figure 4 of the article) for the loss of head groups of PE and PG: Δ m/z 141.02 for [M+H]+ molecular ions of PE and Δ m/z 189.04 for ammonium adducts [M+NH4]+ of PG. Because the actual spectra are stored as precursor ion scan spectra, the queries are customized to PIS:

• PE_positive_NLS-_-PIS.mfql
• PG_positive_NLS-_-PIS.mfql
